How to live 100 years old Healthily


We all want to live more than 100 years old, healthy, but few know how. In fact, aging is a biological process that is controllable to some degree with a healthy diet.

Here are some tips to help you are

1. Carbohydrates:
Anti-aging is the diet rich in complex carbohydrates such as cereals, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Many of them are consumed raw or close to their natural state, is unnecessary and not processed or cooked. Diet with a low in complex carbohydrates are rich in fiber and therefore prevent common diseases associated with aging.
